30-Day Return Window

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for a change of mind. Email us before returning an item so we can review eligibility and provide instructions.

Return Conditions

Preference-based returns must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with original packaging, included accessories, parts, and proof of purchase. Package the item securely. These conditions do not remove your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made items and products clearly marked as final sale before purchase are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are non-returnable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any product-specific restriction must be disclosed before purchase. These exclusions do not apply to defects, our errors, or remedies required by law.

Requesting a Return

Email your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Include relevant photos or videos if reporting an issue. Once approved, we provide the designated return address and instructions. Do not send items to our registered business address unless specifically instructed. Unauthorized returns may delay processing; contact us if you have already sent an item.

Return Shipping Costs

For preference-based returns, including ordering the wrong option, the customer covers return postage. Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable for these returns, unless required by law. For a confirmed defect, damage, incorrect item, missing component, or material mismatch with the description, we provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost, including required return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us promptly after discovering an issue. Provide photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where available. Retain the item and packaging during review. If an issue arises later, contact us; the 30-day preference-based return window does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of an eligible return, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time. We will explain any eligibility concern or lawful deduction before completing the refund.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges depend on stock; we may offer a replacement or arrange a return and new order. Contact us promptly to change or cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation begins. A successfully cancelled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
